A Handy City Office:
Many artists have found studios by walking through neighborhoods and looking for buildings to use as studios or convert to live/work. If you see a building that looks interesting, but can't figure out how to contact the owner, call the City Tax Assessor's Office 554-5421 or go to City Hall and look up the building owner in the City's records.
